  1. Private lessons - $50 (close to an hour, usually over, don't worry it's on me)
  2. Semi private lesson - (2 people) -$60 ($30 each)
  3. Group lessons - (up to 5 people) - $25 per person
  4. At a location of your choosing - $60 + $20 per person.
  5. Example: Michael brings his mats and training gear to the park on a beautiful spring or fall day so you can show your yoga friends something new and cool, because you are tired of being cramped up in the community center or in a small yoga room. Now, you can blow them away with all these cool moves and be in the beautiful outdoors. How do you beat that?
  6. Kid's classes - (Call for availability). Kids will usually be $20 for 45min. If possible, we will find other kids to work with, such as Michael's son, Conner (9 yrs), or his daughter, Elizabeth (10 yrs). The knowledge of Self-OFFENSE is a valuable right for your children to learn. I hope that we can get enough kids interested and will be able to hold classes regularly.
Things to Know
  1. B.F.S. is not a self-defense class, defending yourself will last about 8 seconds, then they will knock you into next week.
  2. B.F.S. is SELF-OFFENSE, this means when you have tried all the things your mommy told you to do such as saying "I'm sorry, or "I'll buy you a new one," or how about my mom's favorite, "just walk away." Oh, I loved that last one, that is when they would punch me in the back of my head, ya great one mom. SELF-OFFENSE is when all your moms' niceties have failed and a fight for whatever reason is eminent, then you go on the OFFENSE and win the dam thing.
  3. B.F.S. can accommodate any skill level, or age, and is taught at a level of intensity you desire. You are the boss, you can chose to train as hard as it takes to enter the ring, or you can turn it into a way for you to tone up as you learn a potentially life saving skill.
  4. At B.F.S., there are different styles of fighting you can choose from: Boxing, Kickboxing, Submission Wrestling, Shoot fighting, and No Holds Barred. No matter which style is for you, in about 6 month's time, you will feel like a new you. Stronger, more athletic, confident, and skilled enough to know you can whoop "that guy in the next cubby."
  5. Martial Art schools only teach the one style they claim to be, and they teach an ancient doctrine that is clearly from an obsolete fighting style. How do I know it is obsolete? First of all, you would be arrested for walking the streets with a sword. Second, none of their Black Belts dare enter any of the many forms of combat sports competitions.
Lame Excuses For Not Training
  1. "I need to get into shape before I start." Are you crazy? This is the most common excuse and is the absolute worst excuse of all time. Just exactly what do you think training with a B.F.S. Instructor will do for you…? GET YOU INTO SHAPE!!!
  2. "I don't have the cash right now." Another lame excuse, B.F.S. will always allow you to pay what you can at the time of training and the rest when it is convenient for you. In addition, B.F.S. has always been known to barter goods for lessons. Some items that have been bartered in the past are: pistols, rifles, a Harley Davidson, tattoos, and 50 acres of Northern Arizona land. This very website is from the barter of a current student. There is always something to barter so go ahead and ask.
  3. "My blah, blah, blah, hurts." Just because one part of your body hurts does not mean that we cannot work on other aspects of your fight game. A famous fighter by the name of Ken Shamrock was once asked before a fight if he was feeling 100%. His answer was that if a fighter steps into the ring to fight and is feeling 100%, it is because he did not train hard enough.
